🦂🦎🦋 Tiny Creatures – Big Adventures! 🦋🦎🦂

Get ready to meet some truly incredible creatures! This program features 7–9 different reptiles, insects, arachnids, and other fascinating invertebrates, giving guests the opportunity to see exotic species they may have never encountered in person before.

During this 45-minute interactive educational program, we’ll discover the amazing adaptations that help each animal survive. Learn where they come from, what they eat, how they protect themselves, how they communicate, and the important role even the smallest creatures play in our environment. Whenever appropriate, guests will also have opportunities for hands-on interaction and an up-close look at these remarkable animals.

A big part of Melissa’s Yard is helping people overcome their fears through knowledge and positive experiences. Spiders, snakes, cockroaches, and other misunderstood creatures can seem scary when we don’t know much about them—but once we discover what makes them unique, fear can quickly turn into curiosity and appreciation.

Following the presentation, we’ll spend an additional 15 minutes for questions, close-up viewing, and photos, giving everyone a chance to learn a little more and capture a special memory with some of our animal ambassadors.

Come curious, ask questions, and leave seeing the wild world around you a little differently!
